Meet Our Doctor
Dr. Anderson received his bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of California-Davis. He completed his Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Oral Roberts School of Dental Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
Dr. Anderson practiced general dentistry for a year before returning to California to study orthodontics. He completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of California in San Francisco in 1989 and has been practicing orthodontics in Castro Valley ever since.
In 1999, Dr. Anderson completed an elite and specialized two-year course focused on jaw function and facial aesthetics taught by the world-famous Ron Roth. He graduated from this course with an even deeper love for the science of orthodontics.
Dr. Anderson grew up in Fairfield, California. He is married to Deborah, with whom he has three grown children and three cats. He has a strong commitment to his family and brings strong family values to his practice. Dr. Anderson is involved in his local church and enjoys cooking for the monthly men’s breakfast and church barbecues.
Meet Our Staff
I have been with the Creekside Orthodontics team since 2006. I aide the doctors in educating patients and guiding them personally through the beginning of their orthodontic experience by helping them decide on the best possible orthodontic treatment. The best part of my job is making people feel better about their smiles! We all love to laugh and have a great time!
When I’m not at work, I spend time with my husband, Kris, and our dog, Bentley. I enjoy baking, camping, and spending time with my family and friends, especially my niece.
Lab Technician and Sterilization
I can be found in our lab where I work on mounting models, making retainers, and sterilizing the instruments. It’s very interesting to see what teeth look like before treatment and watch the amazing results reveal themselves throughout treatment. Our office has such a fun atmosphere and we love to laugh, but we all take our work very seriously. I love to see how braces change people’s lives!
I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, even when we’re just hanging out and relaxing. I also love to run and swim and I absolutely love to play soccer, which I used to play competitively. I have been an assistant coach for a high school.
Accounting and Payroll Coordinator
I am responsible for setting up and processing monthly patient payments, payroll, accounts payable, marketing, scheduling appointments, and answering the phone. I really appreciate working with our team, especially our doctors. They are committed to giving our patients the best quality care, and their dedication is contagious. Both doctors stay up on the latest technology and are continually researching new materials and procedures to improve patient comfort and overall treatment. Outside the office, I have three grown children and three cats. I enjoy reading and walking, and am active in my local church by leading a weekly Women’s Bible study discussion group.
